Marketing Manager - Automotive Aftermarket (Thailand)We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing strategies for our automotive parts business in Thailand. This role will play a key part in driving brand growth, expanding market presence, and supporting distributor networks-particularly within the shock absorber and automotive aftermarket sector.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track industry trends in the automotive aftermarket
  • Define KPIs and manage both short-term and long-term marketing performance
  • Lead brand positioning and strengthen corporate image in Thailand
  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns and communication channels
  • Create marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, presentations, digital content) in Thai and English
  • Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, website, and email marketing
  • Manage and optimize online campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and LINE
  • Analyze campaign performance and maximize ROI
  • Control marketing budgets and ensure efficient spending
  • Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities
  • Support distributors, dealers, and auto repair networks with marketing programs and tools
  • Develop partner engagement strategies for recruitment and retention
  • Prepare annual marketing plans and monthly performance reports
  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships across Thailand
  • Lead online marketing platform development and operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in automotive parts, motorcycle, or aftermarket products
  • Strong understanding of the Thailand automotive market
  • Solid expertise in digital marketing and online advertising
  • Experience working with distributors, dealers, KOLs, or B2B networks
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets and ROI
  • Fluent in Thai and English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel within Thailand
