• Plan, supervise, and maintain external transportation safety systems.
• Inspect drivers and transportation staff for compliance with PPE, SOPs, and vehicle safety standards.
• Assess transport risks-such as cargo placement, loading/unloading, and safe driving-and implement control measures.
• Perform proactive safety inspections before and after haulage operations to prevent incidents.
• Prepare incident statistics and root-cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct ongoing safety trainings for drivers.
• Coordinate with transport, partners, and relevant parties to plan effective safety measures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment pre-dispatch and monitor maintenance.
• Perform other duties assigned by management with enthusiasm.

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Health, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a safety officer in transportation/logistics.
• Good knowledge of safety standards (e.g., OSHA, labor safety laws).
• Detail-oriented with strong risk-assessment abilities.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Proactive, safety-driven mindset.
