Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to local GAAP and company policies.
Collaborate with accounting personnel on receivables, payables, and general accounting.
Assist in business case studies and provide financial insights for management decisions.
Conduct month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accounts balance and comply with GAAP.
Oversee fixed asset control, inventory recording, and manufacturing cost standards.
Participate in process improvement and cost reduction efforts.
Estimate costs for customer requests and analyze financial risks and variances.
Maintain and develop internal controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and laws.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, with 1-2 years in cost accounting.
Proficient in Excel and experienced with large scale ERP systems.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effective documentation and business discussions.
