  • Gather and analyze business and user requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed system specifications.
  • Prepare key documentation including: Business Proposal / Project Proposal Business Requirement Document (BRD) Software Requirement Specification (SRS) Functional Specification Document System Design Documents Entity-Relationship (ER) Diagrams Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Flowcharts
  • Design system workflows and architecture in collaboration with developers and technical leads.
  • Ensure clear and complete documentation to support development, testing, and future maintenance.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
  • Create and manage test scenarios, test cases, and UAT scripts; support users during UAT.
  • Analyze system issues and assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and prepare user manuals or operational guides.
  • Participate in system implementation, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Analysis or Business Analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of system design and documentation standards (e.g., SRS, ERD, UML diagrams).
  • Familiar with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Experience in enterprise-level applications is a plus.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken), minimum TOEIC score 600.
