Handle software installation projects for clients
Provide post-sales support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for automated warehouse systems (e.g., WMS, WCS)
Be prepared to work during holidays or at night if projects require it

Good communication skills in English
Must have a valid driver's license and a personal car for travel to client sites
Basic Japanese communication skills are a plus (N1 or N2 is highly preferred)
Experience with software, IT hardware, network troubleshooting, or programming is a plus
