Our differences are what fuel our creativity.What will you do?As a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to embed HSE excellence into every phase of project delivery.We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development, and it’s the technical expertise and depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’:Your responsibilities will include:Site-related ScopeThese responsibilities are primarily related to construction sites, fieldwork, and contractor coordination:

Lead and coordinate with contractors to monitor compliance with safety, health, security, and environmental requirements across construction projects, familiar with construction project requirements.
Review and approve contractor HSE plans, method statements, and related documentation.
Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses in accordance with company procedures.
Ensure site security, fire safety, first aid, and welfare facilities are in place and compliant.
Experience in preparing and submitting weekly safety reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections for project sites.
Promote & foster Safety, Health, Environment, and Wellbeing awareness and a proactive safety culture through HSE training, campaigns, and recognition programs.

Office-related ScopeThese responsibilities are focused on internal systems, employee wellbeing, and office-based HSE management:

Lead and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Support project teams in reviewing and enhancing HSE management systems and performance.
Provide assistance in operation and implementation of Management System including the occupational health and safety aspect of the Management System.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain integrated approaches to HSE monitoring and implementation.
Provide assistance in managing the Management System to ensure continual conformance to Aurecon and ISO requirements.
Responsible as secretary of Health and Safety committee.
Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections for office environments.
Develop, implement, maintain, and coordinate emergency response plans for the workplace.
Set a high personal example in promoting a culture of safety, security, and environmental responsibility
To maintain and monitor stock levels of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure availability at the office for compliance on site.
Lead wellbeing programs to support mental health, ergonomics, and overall employee resilience.

What can you bring to the team?Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will also need the following:

Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) roles, preferably within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO9001 and ISO 14001 are recommended.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
An analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Thai and English languages.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with Thailand HSE regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
Willing to travel to site when necessary.
