- Manage daily client interactions, prioritizing high levels of customer service.
- Ensure timely delivery of production orders, meeting quality specifications and client contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal team members to oversee production schedules, POS and print specifications, quotations, and billing.
- Foster innovation in design and production, delivering novel solutions for clients.
- Develop and implement growth strategies, identifying and capitalizing on client opportunities.
- Supervise internal workflow, including data entry on internal software.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the services, collaborating with internal departments to provide complementary services to clients.
- Provide technical input and guidance on projects to achieve high-quality standards and drive continuous process improvement.
- Cultivate team culture and implement best practices in collaboration with the wider operations group, encouraging knowledge sharing locally and internationally.
- Coordinate with technical partners and suppliers to ensure they meet service requirements.
- Offer advice on technical specifications and optimal production methods to deliver quality, cost savings, and innovation to clients.
- 5 + years experience in a marketing execution, packaging, design, 3D POS, print or packaging environment
- Strong experience in BSW (Beer, Spirits, and Wine) is particularly important
- Have a strong project management background and comfortable analysing and interpreting specifications and data to produce accurate reports
- Have a strong ability to interact creatively and efficiently with marketing leadership teams and have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing
- Committed, independent, service minded with proven client management skills
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure, establish work priorities, and multi-task
- Ability to work with short deadlines, and deliver on set milestones
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and a creative problem solver
- Ability to think strategically and partner with the Account Management team to deliver account based objectives
- Strong industry manufacturing knowledge
- Strong organizational and project management skills
