Job DescriptionOur client is a leading optical manufacturer.Responsibilities
  • Managing & improving the facilities to proactive support operations. Being responsible for managing facilities system to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing activities, and fulfil the requirements from ISO50001, ISO14001, ISO45001, company EHS and local laws/regulations. This includes directing full-scope facility operation, facility engineering, preventive maintenance, servicing program, and project management to continue to improve the performance of all facilities which supports the company's sustainable business growth and strategies.
  • Establishing and maintaining a system to minimize risk. Physically audits/guides work of subordinates and installation projects to ensure all systems under compliance way.
  • Managing the energy-saving projects to make sure the delivered projects can meet the defined quality requirement with cost-effectiveness and within a defined timeframe.
  • Monitoring and reporting of the Energy Management System by weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually included Thai law and group strategy.
  • Renewable Energy monitoring and maintaining the efficiency of the yields of the Solar rooftop system.
  • Handling the Climate Neutral road map to reduce CO2 emission short term, medium term and long term from group strategic.
  • Operating and managing Wastewater Treatment, Water Treatment and Recycle Water plants under the requirement and regulation criteria.
  • Handling contractor management, and technical support to all internal customers when necessary.
  • Making planning for the next turnover and report. Operation report and cost control planning.
  • Performing management evaluation and competency training, and development of facilities engineering and operations personnel.
  • Handling human resource management and training employees with skilled skills. Coaching and developing the facility team members to be a highly motivated and disciplined team.
  • Role as a core technical competency of team regarding theoretically and practically.
  • Monitoring the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources.
  • Researching, evaluating, and recommending new maintenance methodology, equipment, and tools to enhance the capabilities of the maintenance team.
  • Leading, directing, evaluating, and developing maintenance staff so that repair and service activities are completed accurately, safely and on time.
  • Role as a core technical competency of team regarding theoretically and practically. Leading promote TPM, WCM program.
  • Managing the acquisition and maintenance of capital equipment for WWTP, WTP & RTP system, and Energy monitoring system and BMS
  • Developing and managing or assisting with the development and management of the annual operating budget for facility & building and plant environmental costs.
  • Implementing short- and long-range team goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures; monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness; effects changes required for improvement.
  • Directing and coordinating the activities of Engineers, technicians, service contractors and local government in the provision of comprehensive construction project management, facility maintenance and repair services, carried out facility-wide by a large, diverse multi-trades workforce.
  • Monitoring service contracts for compliance and cost; monitoring the performance of the in-house workforce and expenditures of assigned cost centres; monitoring the quality of work to ensure adherence to industry standards and compliance with state, laws, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Overseeing the supervision of assigned personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
  • Participating in developing and implementing shop-specific safety training programs, assuring workforce compliance with EHS requirements.
  • Establishes and directs annual maintenance programs, including off-season testing/overhaul of heating and refrigeration systems and associated control systems, as well as seasonal start-up and shutdown.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred major in environmental engineering or Mechanical engineering. Demonstrate competency in energy management systems and wastewater treatment theoretically and practically.
  • A Person Responsible for Energy (PRE) in senior level will be more beneficial at the ordinary level.
  • More than 5 years experience in building and energy management system and 3 years as a management of wastewater treatment, water treatment and recycled water.
  • Experience in engineering design or construction of the equipment or part of the manufacturing.
