LocationBangkokBusinessManufacturing(Others)Salary80,000-150,000 ฿Job CategoryDirector, Plant Manager/Factory ManagerJOB DETAILLead and drive company policies and strategic initiatives within the Creative Division.Define design direction and establish creative concepts aligned with market competitiveness.Oversee and manage all design processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Supervise Project Design, Industrial Design, and Cost Estimation functions.Provide leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary creative team (approximately 20+ members).Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and ensure effective team performance.Review and improve design outputs to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and industrial production capabilities.Make strategic decisions and resolve complex design or operational challenges.Develop and improve internal processes, team capabilities, and performance standards.Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.Present progress updates, analysis, and performance reports to executive management.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree or higher in Product Design, Interior Design, or related fields.Minimum 10 years of experience in design roles.At least 5 years of experience in managing design teams or creative departments.Strong knowledge of industrial furniture production processes and materials.Solid understanding of furniture market trends and competitive positioning.Proven leadership and team management capabilities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure.Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.Good command of English (both written and spoken).
