Logistic Operations and System Support Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee warehouse-related operations, such as coordinating transportation, inspecting stock, and tracking goods according to planned schedules.
Verify the accuracy of product data and stock reports, and communicate with relevant teams.
Support the Business Analyst team in system testing (UAT) and gather user-reported issues or errors.
Prepare information and communicate identified issues to the Business Analyst and Developer teams for further development.
Coordinate between Operations and IT/BA teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Experience or a natural inclination for coordination work, systematic thinking, and hands-on problem-solving.
Basic understanding of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
Interest in or experience with system-related tasks, such as system testing (UAT) or basic problem analysis.
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams.
Good command in Excel, Google Sheet ; experience with ERP or WMS systems will be considered a plus.
