Introduce and sell dance/acting courses tailored to customer needs
Manage the customer journey from inquiry to enrollment and learning
Build strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat enrollments
Coordinate with marketing teams and instructors; support class operations
Prepare sales reports and monitor monthly/quarterly targets
Stay informed on promotions and courses, and communicate effectively with customers|

1-2 years' experience in sales, customer service, or education (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong teamwork and coordination abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexible to work evenings or weekends, depending on class schedules
