This role is ideal for early-career HR professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience and grow within the HR field.Responsibility:Recruitment & Onboarding Position
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
Coordinate new hire orientation and induction activities
HR Administration Position
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files
Support attendance tracking, leave management, and probation monitoring
Prepare HR documents such as confirmation letters, certificates, and memos
Employee Support
Serve as a point of contact for basic employee HR inquiries
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
Support communication between HR and employees to ensure smooth operations
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
