Accounting & HR Manager - Lam Luk Ka

• Acting as Chief Accountant & assisting in managing the company's financial resources and assets.
• Managing and following up on both AP and AR.
• Managing the month-end closing, Issues timely and complete financial statements as VAS and global reporting.
• Preparing Financial Statements including trial balance, profit & Loss a/c & balance sheet for the statutory report, group report in Hyperion and controller report.
• Providing variance analysis for comparative figures.
• Coordinating any requirements for audit, tax, banks and other external professionals.
• Managing all Tax and GST filing.

• Handling employee attendance records and leave management.
• Contracting renewal of office admin, including property rental, IT service outsourcing, etc.
• Handling other office general administration tasks.

• At least 5 years of experience in an Accounting role.
• Hold a CPD license and can do month-end closing.
• Experience in SAP system.
• Experience in implementing accounting systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel Skills (Good knowledge of Accounting and Reporting Tools, excel skill is a must).
• Fair to good English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Preferably in an international firm.
• Able to work independently and also as a team.
