- Develop financial strategies to enhance profitability and support business goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Manage financial reporting and compliance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations and standards, and coordinating audits.
- Implement risk management and internal controls to protect company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Oversee treasury and cash management to optimize financial performance, including cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
- Provide financial analysis for strategic planning, supporting initiatives, investments, and business growth, including M&A activities.
- Lead investor relations, ensuring effective communication and compliance with regulatory disclosure requirements.
- Ensure corporate governance and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, working closely with legal and compliance teams.
- Lead and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar area is required; a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus.
- At least 5 years of high-level experience in finance or accounting management, ideally in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Deep understanding of accounting rules, financial analysis, and how to report financial information.
- Well-versed in creating financial plans and budgets, as well as managing risks and making sure financial processes are secure.
- Excellent at leading a team, communicating clearly, and working well with others at all organizational levels.
- Capable of thinking strategically, analyzing data effectively, making good decisions, and achieving goals in a changing business landscape.
- Skilled in using financial management tools and advanced in using Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP is preferred.
- Knowledgeable about the rules and guidelines set by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and other important regulations for public companies in Thailand.
