Job Responsibilities
- Interpret Thai - Japanese in meeting. - Translate Thai - Japanese documents. - Manage president's schedules and appointments. - Support Japanese president as a personnel assistant such as booking restaurant, hotel, air tickets. - Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts - Coordinate and prepare arrangements for visits by business partners and headquarters staff - Process work-permit and 90-days. - Able to accompany the president on business trips to other provinces (Rayong),Once a month - Other related tasks as assigned.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Candidate A or B can try (A): At least 1 years experience in interpreter, translater. admin or secretary (B): Fresh Graduate are welcome (Please attached transcript for consideration) - Conversational High to Business level in Japanese (JLPT N2/N1) , To be interpreter/tranlator and support Japanese management - Having Computer skills especially Excel, Word, E-mail
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Graduated from Japanese Major - Working / Studying in Japan experience is preferred. - Experience in Japanese Manufacturing company - Immediately or early join a candidate
