- Manage and lead the team to ensure efficient work performance
- Coordinate with government agencies and educational institutions to promote company job vacancies
- Plan and align operations in compliance with company regulations and labor laws
- Oversee facilities management, including planning preventive measures and ensuring cleanliness and a safe, convenient working environment
- Perform other duties as assignedREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Industrial Psychology, or related fields
- Experience in all HR functions, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial level
- Experienced in manufacturing field
- Knowledge of computer systems and quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Intermediate level of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)
