Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for tooling/fixture maintenance and continue with containment action and long-term solutions
Participate in product and technology transfer between work sites
To provide upgrading and modification capability for jigs and fixtures
Provide technical training on the specified technical areas to technicians and manufacturing personnel
Responsible for spare parts sourcing and inventory control
Provide supervision and guidance to the technical crew
To adequately train and control the actions of their employees to minimize accidents and incidents causing injury and damage
To liaise with vendors supplying tooling/fixtures spares and fixtures components.
Lead technicians to achieve department objective goals
Other job assignments from the supervisor
Ensure commonality/standardization among the same process/system within related manufacturing
Comply with 7S activity to ensure the working area is good housekeeping
Comply with EH&S policy to ensure all workforce safety and sustain a good environment
QualificationsREQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Electronics Engineering
PREFERRED:
Capable of understanding Drawing, schematic diagrams wiring, and mechanical assembly parts
Knowledge in Microcontroller, Step&Server motor, and Robot
Knowledge in Machine Learning and Image Processing
SKILLS:
Computer literate i.e. Microsoft Office, PLC, Minitab, Solidwork, and Spotfire
Skill in Programming
Skill in Communication and Presentation
Well communication in English both written and listening
Knowledge of HDD Process & Technology, HDD Quality Management, ESD & Contamination is optional
