Responsible for overall Plant Management including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Logistics
Oversee annual budget management working closely with finance, support functions, and other involved stakeholders
Work with operation team to develop plans to ensure high product quality meeting cost and delivery standards
In charge of manpower, material, and equipment management to ensure efficient resources allocation
Responsible for providing report and explanation on costs related to labour, manufacturing, and related areas within the factory
Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders for strong cooperation
Implement changes within the factory related to process, technology, and equipment for business improvement
Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented within the factory
Ensure compliance to EHS policies, rules, and regulations
Contribute to leadership group for business strategy
The Successful Applicant
Educational background in Engineering or related field
Experience at senior leadership role covering Operation Management, Logistics, and P&L Management
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Just-in-time
Exposure working with overseas stakeholders and working in MNCs
Excellent command in English communication
