- Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales and consumer experience management background, with a proven track record of driving business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing sales processes, and developing strategies to improve consumer experiences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the sales and consumer experience sector.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and partners.
- Prepare and present business proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Manage and optimize the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance consumer experiences and satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze consumer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and repeat business.
- Address and resolve consumer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Prepare and present business proposals and reports to top management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or consumer experience management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of motivation and a proactive approach to identifying and solving sales and consumer experience-related issues.
