- Services cover Thailand and Asia involving the areas of Sales, Marketing, Service Center, and Logistics.
- Lead and provide oversight on the marketing program, covering all online and offline marketing activities; work closely with related teams to deliver effective marketing and drive sales according to the company's target/goal.
- Perform market analysis and devise marketing strategies to successfully drive digital products into the market.
- Develop a marketing plan, including PR and campaigns, that align with the product roadmap.
- Develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction of all marketing content to meet.
- objectives for advertising and public communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Ensure accuracy of all internal and external communications related to marketing efforts.
- Approve content curated by the marketing team or external marketing agencies.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
- Manage performance of the marketing team and external marketing agencies; and ensure maximum impact from marketing efforts while meeting set budget.
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize efforts accordingly.
- Keep abreast of the current market trends and competitions and initiate improvement directives to adjust marketing strategies and tactics.
- Target customers and audiences are aware of the brand and products.
- Marketing activities are effectively executed; and leads are successfully converted into sales.
- Marketing and PR contents are prepared with quality, accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Communications are consistent across all channels in accordance with brand/product strategy.
- Marketing operations are effectively executed and managed in accordance with the planned budgets.
- Ability to lead a large-scale marketing program to create awareness and successfully drive new digital products into the market.
- Ability to manage, inspire, and lead marketers and other stakeholders at various levels toward common objectives/goals.
- Ability to coherently control every marketing communication in accordance with the brand/product strategy.
- Review and approve all marketing and communications contents before communicating to external stakeholders.
- Make a decision on all marketing-related matters; or escalate issues/problems to the Sales and Marketing Director for direction and approval (if required)
- Bachelor's or Masters' Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing strategy and operations management.
- Proven track record in managing a large-scale marketing program and communications.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaigns.
- Experience in a marketing manager position with a technology vendor is plus.
- Firm understanding of current marketing trends for digital solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud-based solutions or digital solutions like digital signature, e-timestamp, and mobile application is preferred.
- Business, Marketing, and Public Relations knowledge.
- Proficiency in both offline and online marketing strategy and operations.
