This position is ideal for a proven sales leader with a strong network, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for shaping the future of Thailand's food ecosystem.What you'll do :
Lead super acquisition of top-tier chain restaurant brands
Act as individual contributor and team leader, mentoring junior staff and driving team success
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives at partner HQs
Develop and execute acquisition strategy, including lead generation and deal pipeline management
Lead commercial discussions, pitch platform value, and close high-impact partnerships
Drive adoption of campaign tools, coupon programs, and promotional solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, ops, category, legal) to ensure seamless onboarding
Share insights, market trends, and competitor intelligence to refine strategy
What you'll need :
4-6 years experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
Proven success in acquiring and scaling chain restaurant accounts
Strong sales leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for the F&B industry and understanding of consumer trends
Based in central Bangkok (Sukhumvit, Sathorn, Phayathai, Asoke) preferred
