-สรรหาพนักงาน ตำแหน่ง รปภ. ,สายตรวจ, Doorman, เจ้าหน้าที่งานจราจร ฯลฯ -จัดทำเอกสารพนักงาน เพื่อแจ้งส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ,ลงข้อมูลพนักงานใน excel -อื่นๆ เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหาทั้งระบบ

-มีประสบการณ์ตรง ในการสรรหาพนักงาน โดยเฉพาะงานบริหารอาคาร อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ขึ้นไป -สามารถทำเอกสาร , มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับเอกสารต่างด้าวจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ -สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ที -สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
