Junior Textile Surface Graphic Designer

• Develop original all-over prints and pattern collections for Fashion and Home Textile.
• Build strong mood boards and visual concepts aligned with seasonal trends and briefs.
• Translate trend research into clear design stories and artwork capsules.
• Handle full artwork development: ideation, sketching, layout, repeats, colorways, and production-ready files.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director on macro trends, design narratives, and myTFX platform content.
• Maintain clean file organization, metadata, tagging, and artwork presentation for uploads.
• Ensure designs meet requirements for sublimation, digital textile printing, and natural-fiber workflows.
• Use Midjourney and other AI tools to accelerate ideation and variation.
• Participate in weekly design reviews and trend discussions.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and deliver polished results.

• Minimum 1+ years in the textile industry focusing on all-over pattern design.
• Strong experience across both Fashion and Home categories.
• Expert-level Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Solid Midjourney/A.I. ideation skills.
• Strong eye for color, composition, scaling, and commercial appeal.
• Trend-aware with a broad understanding of lifestyle, culture, and seasonal direction
• Skilled in seamless repeats and complex pattern systems.
• Ability to build compelling mood boards and develop design stories.
• Familiarity with sublimation and digital printing preferred.
• Medium-level English: able to communicate clearly with the team and follow briefs.
• Strong personal organization and time management.
