Manager - IT Business Partner

• Lead the development and implementation of solution roadmaps to ensure successful technology introductions throughout the organization and with external customers.
• Design and enforce IT procedures and policies within the IT organization, working closely with the IT management team for consistent execution across all sites.
• Manage company applications and digital assets, including SAP, RPA, etc.
• Handle licenses, architecture inventory, and demonstrate proficiency in SAP FICO, MM, PP, QM, SD, PM.
• Establish IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) aligned with business stakeholders.
• Manage IT Application operation KPIs and oversee vendor and contract management.
• Manage IT compliance and risk for applications.
• Lead all IT projects and change management efforts related to applications and digital assets.
• Manage multiple stakeholders in various projects.
• Control costs related to IT applications and digital assets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bring more than 15 years of proven expertise in IT application management, IT Business Partnering, or Digital Transformation.
• Demonstrate skills in crafting and executing strategic plans, managing application and project portfolios, and developing roadmaps.
• Possess comprehensive experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation (FICO, QM, SD, PP, MM, PM).
• Show advanced understanding of enterprise applications and digital technologies, such as RPA and IoT.
• Exhibit strong capabilities in project management and change management.
• Display analytical prowess, including comprehension of business economics and financial resources.
• Have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
