- Manage assigned debt portfolios and recovery strategies
- Liaise with legal teams for litigation and asset recovery
- Negotiate repayment plans and restructuring proposals
- Propose NPA acquisitions and monitor litigation progress
- Prepare management reports and approval papers
- Maintain credit files and ensure proper documentation
- Maximize returns through strategic negotiations and collateral sales
- Attend meetings, site visits, and court proceedings as needed
- Support cross-functional teams within the company
- Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree in Financial & Banking
- Experience in Credit Analysis & Collection Management Negotiate and Marketing skills
