Legal Counsel (Real Estate/Construction - 100K)

• Preparing draft, review, and revise design, service, and construction contracts, as well as forms of agreements including tender documents, purchase orders, land acquisition agreements, property lease agreements, NDAs, loan agreements, share purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements.

• Advising on legal issues such as city planning law, retail law, ministerial regulation, building control, and Engineering Law.
• Advising on foreign and international investment, company establishment, joint ventures, and FBA.
• Managing applications and supporting documents for obtaining, coordinating, and negotiating licenses and permits with government authorities.

• Managing BOD and AGM/EGM.
• Evaluating and managing legal risks.
• Advising the company on time on risks related to business and conducting due diligence on business partners.
• Managing external legal counsel.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Master's Degree or additional qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in real estate development, construction, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of Thai laws and regulations, particularly in real estate and corporate law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Thai, both written and spoken.
