- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures a strong presence.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Responsible for client and channel development, understanding market trends, devising strategic plans, expanding, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and channels, and establishing long-term, stable relations.
- Explore customer and channel needs and potential, develop marketing plans using diverse market approaches, and achieve business growth targets.
- Understand customer and channel requirements, provide product and service introductions, and recommend suitable product-service solutions.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes.
- Establish and improve databases of potential clients or channels, actively develop internal and external resources, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Participate in other marketing activities, proactively develop channels, identify potential clients, and develop referrals.
- Participate in various training programs organised by the company to maintain proficiency in business and operating systems.
- Collaborate with the team, complete additional tasks assigned by superiors, and contribute to the mutual improvement of personal and team values.
- No educational restrictions, but candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher will be given preference.
- Have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Sales (B2C) or Sales Operations / Support role, ideally within the Education industry.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English communication. Chinese, Japanese, and Korean languages is a plus to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.

- Excellent ability to expand client base, sales-oriented mindset, clear logical thinking, effective communication, and resource integration skills.
