Store General Manager (Go Wholesale)

• Job Summary & Purpose: To lead and oversee all aspects of a large-format retail or wholesale store, ensuring commercial success, operational excellence, and a high-performing team. The Store General Manager (SGM) is accountable for delivering sales and profit targets, enhancing customer experience, ensuring efficient store operations, and developing future leaders.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
• Proven track record of leading large teams (>100 people) and developing successors.
• Experience in managing store-level financial performance, including sales, costs, and EBITDA contribution.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in retail/wholesale store operations. At least 3-5 years in a senior management role leading a large store (5,000 sqm up) or high-volume store (sales target at least 1,000 MB / year).
