- Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns launch and optimization;
- Launch and scale the prospecting Demand Generation (DemandGen) campaigns from scratch, bringing them to break-even and profitability;
- Set up, manage, and optimize Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns, ensuring scalable growth without loss of efficiency;
- Continuously optimize campaign performance through bid strategies, targeting, budgets, and audience signals;
- Test new ad creatives and hypotheses, working closely with the Creative team to produce and iterate on new assets;
- Drive creative performance improvement through structured A/B testing and insights sharing;
- Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards in Google Sheets for in-depth campaign analysis;
- Leverage data from internal BI systems, Superset, and other data sources to inform decision-making and optimization;
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and scale.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Demand Generation (formerly Discovery) campaigns, focused on performance objectives rather than branding;
- Proven experience working with both video and static creatives in DemandGen campaigns using tCPA and tROAS bidding strategies;
- Solid experience in managing and optimizing Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns with tCPA and tROAS strategies;
- Strong understanding of performance optimization metrics, including CPA, ROI, and ROAS
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable optimizations;
- Ability to independently optimize and scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets;
- English level B2 or higher;
- Russian - C1+.
