Senior Financial Analyst - Manufacturing

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 5 - 8 years of experience in manufacturing finance, costing, and financial analyzing and reporting.

• Strong understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP/ERP system is required.

• Strong analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Good English communication skills.

• Support the Finance Manager and Global HQ in managing financial reporting, budgeting, and manufacturing costing analyzing.

• Prepare consolidated monthly/quarterly/annual financial and management reports.

• Manage annual budgeting and regular forecasting for plant operations.

• Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast results and highlight key variances.

• Perform detailed cost analysis including materials, labor, overhead, and production variances.

• Review standard vs. actual cost and provide insights to improve cost accuracy and efficiency.

• Conduct margin and profitability analysis across products and production lines.

• Partner with production, engineering, procurement, and supply chain to ensure accurate financial data.

• Support month-end and year-end closing related to manufacturing activities.

• Develop financial dashboards and presentations for management.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting policies, and reporting standards.

• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, costing, and budgeting processes.
