- IOEM and TW responsibility for achieving the budget and to increase the business in Thailand.
- Builds up Sales and Relationships with IOEM & TW customers such as Kubota, Honda including the tier 1 suppliers for Two-Wheelers business in Thailand
- Delivers value to customers together with AE, Japanese and HQ KAM
- To support the JSEA/P Management with business development activities and continuous improvements of the mid and long-term Strategy, Promote products and services as per the definition of IOEM and TW strategy.
- Planning, developing of products in the allocated customers with the objective of fully taking advantage of the market and profit potential and strengthening our position.
- Focusing on responsible customers for achieving the budgeted sales.
- To visit and build up sales and relationship with exiting and new customers in Thailand, also drive the implementation of profitable with sales growth strategy
- Create and implement annual sales objectives and strategies for IOEM & Two Wheelers responsible accounts in Thailand.
- Establish contracts with focused customers and end-user, and giving these customers technical support and service.
- Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently in order to secure suitable solutions.
- Report timely marketing information and competitor's information to manager.
- Assist organizing technical seminar by technical experts. • Expand market share with new businesses and focused customers.
- Debt collection.
- Ensure meeting annual sales budget/target.
- Conduct additional task from direct manager.
- 3 - 5 years work experience in Industrial OEM, Two-Wheelers or Automotive industry
- Prefer to have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, min. 3 years experiences ( In Engineering/ Manufacturing Industry) or Business Management/Business Administration.
- Window & Microsoft applications, knowledge on rotary and linear bearings, and basic knowledge in electrical direct drives.
- Strong interest in sales, project management, and customer-oriented mind set with proven sales record.
- Computer literacy is a must.
- Outgoing, Organized, Structured, Presentable, Professional, etc.
- Good communication in English.
