Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.The fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) team, where we focus on curating and scaling everyday consumer categories on TikTok Shop. We work closely with brands and creators to deliver engaging, data-driven strategies that shape how users discover and shop on the platform.Responsibilities
- Managing sellers accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem solving, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update, campaign status update and other operation related tasks.
- Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
- Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student who is able to commit at least 3 months, preferably in a business administration/management or data analytics major.
- Experience with Excel, Data Analytical tool.
- Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively.Preferred Qualifications
- Strong project management skills to manage cross-function stakeholders is a plus
