Feel the place and feel the extraordinary.Job DescriptionAssist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfactionSupervise and motivate restaurant staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to maintain service standardsEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulationsSupport staff training and development, including onboarding of new team membersMonitor restaurant inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resourcesHandle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure excellent guest experiencesAssist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and banquetsCoordinate with other departments such as Kitchen, Stewarding, and Purchasing for seamless operationsMaintain operational documentation including schedules, daily reports, and incident logsQualificationsDegree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related fieldMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or upscale restaurant environmentStrong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest relationsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple prioritiesFlexible to work in shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak periodsProficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management software is a plus
