Job DescriptionOur client is a leading real estate group. We focus on real estate development and management projects that encompass two business groups: Hospitality, and Retail and Commercial Buildings.Responsibilities
  • Developing a sales plan by identifying the right tenants, evaluating their position in the industry, and researching and analyzing any sales option that will bring them to a final decision to close the sales deal.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with tenants/potential tenants by providing support, information and service improvement to facilitate long-term business relationships.
  • Keeping up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments, and average prices of various freehold areas and maintaining appropriate records of data.
  • Identifying selling possibilities and tenant needs as the market data to develop effective sales planning.
  • Negotiating for the best benefits that match with both tenants' requirements.
  • Proceeding regular tenant visits, and handling complaints that may occur.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, and information, and ensuring service improvement to meet tenants' satisfaction.
  • Collecting all documents and necessary data required for the preparation of the new contract, proceed to ensure the rental fee and service fee are fully paid according to the contract signing process.
  • Reviewing the collections situation to ensure collections are made as per plan and take corrective measures in case of delays.
  • Working closely with Tenant Services and the Marketing team at the property to ensure smooth operations and a good customer satisfaction level.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of leasing experience in Retail business, Commercial business, or others.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Good English communication.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
