Management Trainee (MT) - Core Process Transformation (Finance & Procurement)

• The MT for Core Process Transformation (Finance & Procurement) will act as a Change Agent to make Warrix's core business processes more transparent, efficient, and scalable. The focus is on integrating People, Process, and Technology across Finance, Procurement, and Accounting to deliver measurable outcomes-efficiency, accuracy, compliance, and adoption. Digital tools (e.g., ERP, dashboards, automations) are used as enablers, not the end goal.
• Map and redesign end-to-end Finance & Procurement processes to increase transparency, speed, and control. • Create playbooks, job aids, and training; drive sustained adoption ≥ 80-90% in target teams. • Establish master-data standards (COA, vendor, cost center, DO/GR/INV) and first-time-right discipline. • Identify and deliver quick wins (reconciliations, alerts, exception handling) that cut manual hours. • Strengthen preventive controls to meet PDPA/audit requirements and reduce fraud/duplicate risks. • Partner with Data/Wrinxon teams so Finance/Procurement reports run from consistent, trusted data. • Run 2-week sprints with clear OKRs; track cycle time, exceptions, and manual hours saved. • Provide weekly updates to the MT Committee and CEO on adoption, KPI movement, wins, and risks.

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-4 years' experience in Finance/Procurement/Accounting, process improvement/consulting, or digital transformation.
