At least 3 years experience in freight forwarding and oversea contact.
Having knowledge of export customer service at least 2 years or import will be advantage
Having knowledge and experience about Form-E, D, AK etc. will be advantage
Can work under pressure
Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Service mind & willing to work with team.
Good command of English both writing and speaking
