Developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate target markets and expand the customer base.
Setting sales targets and objectives for the team and monitoring performance against these targets.
Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in relevant industries.
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure profitable deals.
Providing sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market trends.
Leading sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to ensure the team is motivated and equipped to achieve goals.
Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
At least 10 years Sales & Marketing, Business Development experience in Gearbox, Gear Motor & Mechanical Power transmission industry, any industrial machinery sales.
Strong background with Cement, Power, Sugar, Mining, Rubber, F&B, Palm oil mill, other conveying systems etc. Industry is desirable.
Proven experience in sales within industrial segment.
Managerial position handling a Sales Team, would be a plus.
Cover Thailand and other related countries in SEA.
