- Team Management: Leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales consultants, setting performance expectations and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and executing sales strategies, plans, and tactics to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Training: Providing training to new and existing team members, ensuring they have the product knowledge, sales techniques, and tools required to succeed.
- Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analysing individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing escalated customer inquiries or issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assisting team members in closing complex sales, handling objections, and negotiating deals when necessary.
- Sales Reporting: Generating and analysing sales reports and metrics, presenting findings to management and making recommendations for improvement.
- Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
- Compliance: Ensuring that the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures and legal regulations.
- Education level. Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience. Sales Experience: Extensive experience in Sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
