Job DescriptionOur client's business engages in manufacturing automobiles and automotive components, including personal vehicle production.Role and Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Leading, motivating, and managing a team of sales consultants, setting performance expectations and providing regular feedback and coaching.
  • Sales Strategy: Developing and executing sales strategies, plans, and tactics to achieve sales targets.
  • Sales Training: Providing training to new and existing team members, ensuring they have the product knowledge, sales techniques, and tools required to succeed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analysing individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Relations: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing escalated customer inquiries or issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Assisting team members in closing complex sales, handling objections, and negotiating deals when necessary.
  • Sales Reporting: Generating and analysing sales reports and metrics, presenting findings to management and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Coordinating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensuring that the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures and legal regulations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Education level. Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience. Sales Experience: Extensive experience in Sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Specific skills:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
