- Drive nationwide B2C channel growth by planning and executing retail marketing strategies, partnerships, and campaigns that increase traffic, sales, and customer retention.
- Drive end-to-end B2C promotion strategy and execution to grow sales volume through optimized, data-driven, and ROI-efficient nationwide campaigns.
- Strengthen retail and partner performance by driving consistent brand execution, optimizing in-store activation, and ensuring seamless nationwide delivery of promotional programs.
- Drive seamless cross-functional alignment by coordinating budgets, resources, and external partners to ensure integrated, high-quality execution of initiatives and national events.
- Deliver accurate performance tracking and data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, ensure financial governance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, or B2C activation - ideally in energy, oil & gas, FMCG, or automotive sectors.
- Strong experience managing retail networks, dealer relationships, and consumer programs.
- Analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and customer data.
- Proficiency of communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, CRM.
- Proficiency in Digital marketing tools is a plus.
