- Oversee day-to-day production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and consistent output.

- Maintain product quality by monitoring processes, identifying issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Drive productivity improvements through continuous improvement practices and optimised workflow management.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational plans to meet business goals and performance targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop employees through coaching, training initiatives, and clear communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
- Experience in aluminium or steel manufacturing with foundry and casting process or related
- Several years of leadership experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
- Familiarity with operational excellence frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate effectively in both office and production environments.
