- Monitor and reconcile transport revenues and expenses (e.g., vendors, subcontractors, fuel, M&R, tires, petty cash).
- Promote transparency, internal controls, and good governance within transport operations.
- Reduce petty cash usage and encourage direct company-to-company payments.
- Verify and approve disposal/sale of old assets and consumables.
- Implement e-bidding for transportation procurement.
- Control CAPEX and monitor budget vs. actual spending.
- Explore and implement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) for key cost areas.
- Introduce IT and automation solutions to improve billing and spending efficiency.
Other related tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in controlling, accounting, or procurement.
- At least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting and budgeting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
