- Prepare jig, tool, equipment and new machine for new model
- production equipment capacity planning and Improvement
- process guideline planning and process changing Control
- Involve for Improvement of Quality, Cost, delivery and energy saving
- Utilizing new technology for production tools, equipment, material and process
- preparation or setting condition for safety and ISO System
- problem analysis
- support another Division for ABP and LRBP
- Improve current and new equipment
- Facilitate, Coordinate and carry out audit preparation for ISO internal and external audit
- Perform on creating significant value on overall operation in department
- through leading significant changes for department operation in short-term perspective and leading effective communication to reach agreement in assigned scope
- by applying mastery of specific professional disciplines across sectionsJob Specification- New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in production process
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively
- Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration
- Able to work under pressure, good team player, and good coordination skills
- Experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
