เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบัญชี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ / AP)Job responsibilities
- Supervision of foreign payments (creditors, affiliates and general foreign creditors)
- Prepare reconciliation report and confirm balance.
- Prepare payment documents validate Ready to record the account in the system and present to management for approval.
- Prepare reports to send to the head office in Japan monthly, quarterly.
- Other tasks as assigned
- กำกับดูแลการชำระเงินต่างประเทศ (เจ้าหนี้ บริษัทในเครือ และเจ้าหนี้ต่างประเทศทั่วไป)
- จัดทำรายงานการกระทบยอดและยืนยันยอดเงิน
- จัดทำเอกสารยืนยันการชำระเงิน พร้อมบันทึกบัญชีในระบบและนำเสนอต่อฝ่ายบริหารเพื่ออนุมัติ
- จัดทำรายงานส่งสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่นเป็นรายเดือน รายไตรมาส
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- Have basic knowledge in accounting principles, VAT and withholding tax.
- Have basic knowledge in computer skill ex. Microsoft Word, Excel
- Able to writing , read in English [Mostly use in Email]
- Fresh graduates are welcomed
- Willing to learn new things
- Able to work in under pressure
