Offer your customers products that meet their needs, whether they are physical or digital.
Provide services that help customers in increasing product sales.
To ensure customer satisfaction establish a strong and personal relationship with customers through all communication channels available.
Take action in all channels to promote and sell our solutions.
Offer basic repair services to help extend the lifespan of a product, as well as personalization services.
Delight customers with customer-friendly, experiential, omnichannel, and safe layouts that make them want to discover our sports and solutions.
Ensure a customer-friendly layout and fulfill the quick store strategy.
Guarantee our products' physical and digital availability (store, internet, order stock)
Guarantee your customers' safety (in-store, products, and their data)
Highlight the wide range of our product and service offerings with effective layouts.
Acting through actions that preserve our resources and our societal impact (ecodesign, waste management, etc.)
Develop my sport (sport leader)
Coordinate your sports' omnichannel commercial policy in your territory.
Lead and achieve your commercial goals and omnichannel business profitability (in-store/out-store)
Develop teammates' autonomy through induction, a skills development plan, and following up.
Manage the store's everyday operational duties
