Data Operations Analyst/DevOps Engineer – Data

Key Responsibilities:

Support and maintain IT data operations, ensuring the reliability and performance of data systems.
Analyze and resolve incidents quickly and effectively, minimizing downtime and service impact.
Work with Power BI and SQL to develop quick fixes and enhancements that restore and improve services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Monitor and maintain ETL pipelines to ensure timely data delivery and processing.
Perform routine server maintenance tasks (patching, restarts, monitoring).
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, issue resolutions, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or data engineering roles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English.
Strong background in Development or DevOps, with hands-on experience in Power BI and SQL.
Demonstrated ability in service delivery, including logical thinking and effective incident analysis.
Passion for developing quick, tactical fixes and proposing long-term solutions to technical issues.
Familiarity with Agile environments and working with ticketing systems or IT service platforms.
Experience with data management: pattern recognition, data modeling, and database design.
Exposure to ETL pipeline monitoring and data flow optimization.
Knowledge of server administration (e.g., patching, restarts, system upkeep).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools for incident tracking and project collaboration.
Strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
