Serve as the trusted advisor to business unit leaders, providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
Lead and manage a small finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Collaborate with the regional/global finance team to ensure the timely preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
Develop and implement standards, procedures, internal controls, and processes in compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, statutory and internal audits, as well as tax reporting and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets, providing actionable insights to the senior management team.
Lead the implementation of a new ERP system.
Manage the annual internal and external audit process.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 7 years of experience in multinational companies and/or Logistics/Freight-forwarding industries.
Strong business acumen with the ability to balance commercial and financial considerations.
Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and business partnering.
Experience with major ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) and a solid understanding of IFRS.
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English languages.
Strong analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive with the ability to manage priorities, be organized, methodical, and perform well under pressure.
