Product Management Manager

• Collaborating with the product organization and internal stakeholders to manage the assortment of products within our global matrix organization.
• Ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands while optimizing the product portfolio for profitability and growth.
• Monitoring revenue development and sales activities for products within the assigned responsibility area.
• Analyzing key performance indicators such as turnover, sales, and market share to identify opportunities for revenue improvement.
• Collaborating with Sales teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue generation.
• Engaging in regular meetings with R&D, Market Segments, Pricing, and Sales teams to align on pricing strategy, product portfolio, and supply chain topics.
• Conducting thorough market and competition analysis, leveraging market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities within specific product groups.
• Conducting in-house training to deepen understanding of the product portfolio and its positioning among internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within the food and beverage industry, and focuses on specific market segments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving growth.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
