Deputy Factory Manager

• Oversee production delivery at the Thailand factory, encompassing manufacturing, processes, equipment, quality control, and logistics;

• Liaise with clients to address customer-side issues or coordinate with headquarters on quality and delivery matters.

• Are Thai nationals, proficient in both Thai and Mandarin.
• Possess over three years' experience in automotive parts quality management and production delivery oversight.

• Demonstrate decisiveness and initiative in problem-solving.

• Flexible working hours with statutory Thai public holidays observed.

• 2. Generous paid annual leave (12 days in the first year, increasing by one day annually up to a maximum of 20 days)
