Job Overview:
The Account Director will play a pivotal role in maintaining client satisfaction and loyalty by effectively managing our high-quality AI solutions and services. They will listen to clients, anticipate their needs, and help our team to exceed client expectations.Responsibilities and Duties:
1.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, AI strategy,and industry landscape. Ensure high client satisfaction levels and manage expectations.
2.Strategy Development: Collaborate with our AI engineering, design, and other internal teams to align the production of AI solutions with clients' objectives and needs. Facilitate planning and execution of projects.
3.Financial Management: Define project budgets with clients and manage the agency's resources to ensure the delivery of solutions within budget. Manage the financial health of assigned client accounts.
4.Team Leadership: (In the future) Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of account managers or account executives, ensuring they deliver top-tier service to clients.
5.Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and present our company's AI capabilities to potential clients.

6.Communication Facilitator: Act as the conduit between clients and internal teams, conveying the client's requirements and vision,and providing feedback on progress and results.Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
2.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI-related field, Marketing or Communication with a strong record of successful account management.
3.Comprehensive understanding of the AI industry and market trends, including knowledge of AI production processes.
4.Proven experience in leading and developing teams.
5.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
6.Strong strategic thinking and financial planning abilities.
7.Demonstrable client relationship management skills. Familiarity with the AI needs of various industries is a plus.Benefits
