Drive process and quality performanceEnsure products are manufactured in compliance with quality standards and DIE & tooling processes, applying Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) best practices.2. Monitor and improve process stabilityTrack quality and productivity performance, ensuring “Right First Time” production and continuous improvement of DIE & tooling processes.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsWork closely with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and enhance process capability.Who We Are Looking ForRequiredBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Die and Tooling, Material Engineer, Mechanical, or related fields)Understanding in manufacturing, process engineering, or tooling-related environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage process performance and shopfloor improvementsGood communication and teamwork skillsAble to communicate both in Thai and EnglishPreferredKnowledge in DIE, tooling, or related processes
